Spin column (Nucleic acid purification)
Nucleic acid purification column is composed of four parts: collection tube, adsorption column, gasket and filter membrane.
The nucleic acid purification column collection tube supplied by Solarbio is made of polypropylene and the volume is 2mL
The adsorption column is made of polypropylene with a volume of 0.75mL
Gasket material: polyethylene
Filter material: silicone film
DNase/RNase content: None
Nucleic acid adsorption capacity (load) ≥10ug
