Preparation method
Weigh 37.0 g of this product in 1 liter of distilled water or deionized water (can be increased or reduced in proportion), heat and boil until completely dissolved, subpack, sterilization at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization to prevent Agar from settling on the bottom of the vessel and coagulated, set aside.
