溴甲酚绿：酸碱指示剂，pH变色范围3.8(黄色)~5.4(蓝绿色)。对碱很敏感，遇碱性水溶液呈特殊的蓝绿色。酸性染料比色法测定硫酸阿托品片的含量时，所用酸性染料是溴甲酚绿。溴甲酚绿指示液的制备： 取溴甲酚绿0.1g，加0.05mol/L氢氧化钠溶液2.8ml使溶解，再加水稀释至200ml，即得。 变色范围 pH3.6～5.2（黄→蓝）。
