Product introduction
For the selective isolation of Bordetella pertussis and Bordetella parapertussis.
Preparation method
Weigh 54.5g of this product, heat it and dissolve it in 1000ml distilled water, subpack it at 121℃ and autoclave for 15 min. When it is cold to about 44-47℃, pour it into a sterile plate, add 1 cephalexin solution and 10mL defibrillated sheep blood into every 100mL medium, shake well and set aside.

Agar: 12.0
pH 7.4±0.2, 25℃
