Tributyrin Agar Base

Product introduction
For the examination and counting of lipolysis bacteria. 1 tributyrin should be added every 200ml of medium.
Preparation method
Weigh 20g of this product, dissolve it in 1000ml distilled water, boil and dissolve it, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake well and cool it to 50-55℃, add 2ml tributyl glycerol in every 200ml medium, set aside.

Agar: 12
pH 7.5±0.2, 25℃
