Product Introduction:
For casein decomposition test of Bacillus cereus.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 35.1g of this product in 1L distilled or deionized water, heat and stir to boil until completely dissolved, subpack, autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization to prevent Agar from settling on the bottom of the vessel and coagulating, set aside.

Bromothymol blue: 0.05
Agar: 15.0
pH: 7.4±0.1, 25℃
