Product Introduction:

Used for bifidobacterium growth culture. One 2.5mg solution of heme chloride and one 1mg solution of vitamin K1 were added to every 100ml medium.

Preparation Method:

Weigh 18.04g of this product, heat it and dissolve it in 500ml distilled water, autoclave it at 121℃ for 15 minutes, cool it to about 50℃, add 0.5ml vitamin K1 solution filtered for sterilization and 2.5ml heme chloride solution (5mg/ml), mix well and set aside.

Yeast Infusion powder 10.0 Sodium chloride: 0.08

Calcium chloride: 0.008 Magnesium sulfate: 0.008

Potassium hydrogen phosphate: 0.04 sodium bicarbonate: 0.4

Cysteine hydrochloride 0.5 potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.04pH: 6.0±0.1, 25℃

Precaution:

Preparation of vitamin K1 solution: weigh vitamin K11g, add anhydrous ethanol 99ml, filter and remove bacteria.

Preparation of heme chloride solution: Weigh 0.5g heme chloride and dissolve in 1mol/L sodium hydroxide solution 1ml plus distilled water to 100ml, autoclave at 121℃, and store in refrigerator.
