Preparation Method:
Weigh 76g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water, heat and boil until completely dissolved, subpack, autoclast at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization and heat preservation to prevent calcium carbonate deposition on the bottom of the vessel and caking, the heat preservation time should not be too long. (If the modified MC medium is prepared, cool it to 55℃, add 10000IU polymyxin B solution to every 100ml medium, shake well, and pour the plate).
