Product Introduction:

It is used for the isolation and culture of Lactobacillus.

Preparation Method:

Weigh 70.5g of this product in 1L distilled or deionized water, heat and boil until completely dissolved, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, after sterilization, be sure to shake well to prevent Agar deposition in the bottom of the vessel and caking. Cool to 50-55 ℃, add 2mg vancomycin solution per 100ml medium, shake well, set aside.

Yeast powder: 5.0

Glucose: 20.0

TWEEN 80:1.0

Potassium hydrogen phosphate: 2.0

Sodium acetate: 5.0

Triammonium citrate: 2.0

Magnesium sulfate: 0.1

Manganese sulfate: 0.05

L-cysteine: 0.5

Bromocresol green: 0.05

Agar: 15.0

pH: 5.0±0.1, 25℃
