Preparation Method:
Weigh 70.5g of this product in 1L distilled or deionized water, heat and boil until completely dissolved, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, after sterilization, be sure to shake well to prevent Agar deposition in the bottom of the vessel and caking. Cool to 50-55 ℃, add 2mg vancomycin solution per 100ml medium, shake well, set aside.
