Product Introduction:

For Listeria proliferation, one 5mg nalidixone solution and one 3mg acridinium yellow solution were added every 225ml medium to form LB1, and one 5mg acridinium yellow solution and one 4mg nalidixone acid solution were added every 200ml medium to form LB2.

Preparation Method:

Weigh 49.4 grams of this product, boil and dissolve it in 1000ml distilled water, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, cool to 40-50℃, add 5mg nadixone acid and 3mg acriflavine solution every 225ml to make LB1. LB2 was prepared by adding 5mg acriflavine solution and 4mg nalidixonic acid to 200ml medium. Set aside.

Sodium chloride: 20.0

Aesculin: 1.0

Potassium dihydrogen phosphate: 1.4

Disodium hydrogen phosphate: 12.0
