Product Introduction:
For selective isolation of O157 bacteria, 0.25mg potassium tellurite solution and 0.005mg cefixime solution were added to 100ml medium to form an improved sorbitan MacConkey Agar.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 51.5 grams of this product, boil and dissolve it in 1000ml distilled water, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization to prevent Agar from settling in the bottom of the vessel and coagulating.
