Product Introduction:
For the detection and counting of Pseudomonas aeruginosa - filter method.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 52.4 g of this product, add it to 900ml distilled water, boil and dissolve it, then pack it, autoclave it at 121℃ for 15 minutes, add antibiotic solution and glycerin solution aseptically when needed, mix it well, pack it and set aside.
