Product Introduction:

Used for ammonia production test of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

Preparation Method:

Weigh 3.4g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water, heat and boil until completely dissolved (can be increased or reduced in proportion), subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, store at low temperature 2-8℃ under dark conditions, use within 3 months. This product is slightly cloudy; Acetamide has a pungent odor and can cause cancer. Please use with caution.

Potassium dihydrogen phosphate: 1.0

Magnesium sulfate: 0.2

Acetamide: 2.0

Sodium chloride: 0.2

Sodium molybdate dihydrate: 0.005

Ferrous sulfate heptahydrate: 0.0005
