Pseudomonas CFC Selective Agar

Product Introduction:
Used for selective isolation and culture of pseudomonas.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 4.94g of this product in 100ml distilled water or deionized water, add 1ML glycerin, heat and boil until completely dissolved, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, cool to about 50℃, add 1 branch of pseudomonas CFC selective medium base additive into every 100ml medium, mix well, pour into plate, and set aside.

Potassium sulfate: 10
Magnesium chloride: 1.4
Agar: 12
pH: 7.2±0.2, 25℃
