Product Introduction：
Coomassie brilliant blue R250.C45H44O7H3S2Na, MW=824, λmax= 560-590 nm. The staining sensitivity is 5 times higher than that of amino black. It is especially suitable for SDS electrophoresis for trace protein staining. However, when the protein concentration exceeds a certain range, the staining of high concentrations of protein does not conform to Beer's law, which should be paid attention to when used for quantitative analysis.

Coomassie Brilliant Blue R-250 is bound to proteins by van der Waals bonds and is especially suitable for SDS electrophoresis for trace protein staining. It showed basically the same color when combined with different proteins, and the area of the scanning peak is linearly related to the amount of protein in a relatively wide range.
