Pseudomonas Isolation Agar

Product Introduction:
For the test of pseudomonas, 20ml glycerol should be added to the medium per liter.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 45 grams of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water containing 2% glycerin, heat and boil until completely dissolved, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization, set aside.

Magnesium chloride: 1.4
Potassium sulfate: 10.0
Chlorophenol: 0.025
Agar: 13.6
pH: 7.0±0.2, 25℃
