Product Introduction:
It is used to determine the equivalent value of tetracycline, oxytetracycline and aureomycin.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 29.5g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water (can be proportically increased or reduced), heat and stir to boil until completely dissolved, subpack, autoclave at 115℃ for 30 minutes, shake well after sterilization to prevent Agar from settling on the bottom of the vessel and coagulated, set aside.

Yeast Infusion powder: 6.0
Glucose: 1.0
Agar: 15.0
pH: 6.5-6.6, 25℃
