Product Introduction:
Sucrose (20g/L), no Agar. For plant tissue culture, suitable for most monocotyledonous plants, for plant tissue culture.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 23.21g of this product, heat and dissolve in 1000ml distilled water, autoclave at 116℃ for 30 minutes and set aside.
Note: If the pH is high, adjust the pH to 5.5 with diluted hydrochloric acid.
