Product Introduction:
It is used for the growth culture of mycoplasma.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 27.5g of this product, heat it and dissolve it in 800ml distilled water, autoclaved at 121℃ for 15 minutes, when it is cold to room temperature, add 200ml of inactivated calf serum or horse serum and 800,000 units of penicillin in aseptic operation, mix well, pack into sterile test tubes and set aside.
