Product Introduction:
Phenol free red, for the culture of Mycoplasma (Chinese Pharmacopoeia).
Preparation Method:
Weigh 30g of this product, boil and dissolve in 1000ml distilled water, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization, cool to about 56℃ add sterilized calf serum, add inhibitors such as penicillin as appropriate, shake well and set aside.

Beef infusion powder: 5.0
Yeast infusion powder: 5.0
Sodium chloride: 2.5
Glucose: 5.0
Agar: 2.5
pH: 7.6±0.2, 25℃
