Product Introduction:
For the culture of mycoplasma.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 21g of this product, add dissolved in 700ml distilled water, heat and boil until completely dissolved, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, cool to 50℃, add 100ml sterilized sterile fresh yeast infusion and 200ml horse serum, mix well and set aside.

pH: 7.8±0.2, 25℃
