Product Introduction:
Polymyxin B, lysozyme and imide acetate should be added for the isolation and identification of Bacillus anthracis.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 43.3g of this product in 1L distilled or deionized water, heat and boil until completely dissolved, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization to prevent Agar from settling in the bottom of the vessel and coagulating. Cool to 55℃, add the following sterile reagents (4mg thallium acetate, 30000U lysozyme and 3000U polymyxin B) per 100ml medium, mix well and set aside.
