Product Introduction:
It is used for the culture of Yersinia pestis.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 33.25g of this product in 1L distilled or deionized water, heat and boil until completely dissolved, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization, pour into plates, solidified, set aside.

Hershey peptone: 10.0
Sodium chloride: 5.0
Beef infusion powder: 3.0
Sodium sulfite: 0.25
Agar: 15.0
pH: 7.3±0.2, 25℃
