Chocolate Blood Agar Medium Base

Product Introduction:
For Neisseria and Haemophilus influenzae culture, add 5%~10% defibrinated sheep blood (sterile defibrinated sheep blood).
Preparation Method:
Weigh 43 grams of this product, add it to 1000ml distilled water, heat and boil to dissolve, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, at about 90℃, add 5-10% sterile defibrillated sheep blood, shake well, continue heating and holding, shake while heating until stratified, cool to about 50℃, shake well, pour the plate.

pH: 7.2±0.2, 25℃
