Bacteroides Bile Esculin Agar Base

Product Introduction:
It is used for rapid isolation of Bacteroides fragilis.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 61.5 grams of this product in 1000ml distilled water or deionized water, heat and boil for 1 minute to safely dissolve, pack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, cool to about 55℃, add 1mg of heme chloride solution and 10mg of gentamicin sulfate to every 100ml medium, shake gently, pour into the plate.

Bovine bile powder: 20.0
Sodium chloride: 5.0
Aesculin: 1.0
Ferric ammonium citrate: 0.5
Agar: 15.0
Soybean papain digestion: 5.0
pH: 7.0± 0.2:25 ℃
