Product Introduction:
It is used for the isolation and identification of cellulolytic bacteria, which are surrounded by red decomposition circles.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 44.2g of this product in 1000ml distilled water, heat and boil until completely dissolved, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization, pour into plates and set aside.

Magnesium sulfate: 0.5
Congo Red: 0.2
Cellulose powder: 20.0
Agar: 20.0
pH: 7.1±0.1, 25℃
