Product Introduction:
It is used for the culture of Mycoplasma pneumoniae.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 23.5g of this product in 1L deionized water, heat and boil until completely dissolved, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, cool to 50-55℃, add 20% calf serum and bacteriostatic agent before use.
