Preparation method

Weigh 4.3g of this product in 100ml distilled water or deionized water, dissolve by heating, autoclaved at 121℃ for 15 minutes, add 1.5mg sterile coenzyme Ⅰ (NAD) solution when the medium is cooled to 50-55℃, shake well and set back.
