Product introduction
For the culture of Mycoplasmas synovial fluid and other avian mycoplasmas.
Preparation method
Weigh 47.4 grams of this product, dissolve it in 1000ml distilled water by heat and autoclast at 116℃ for 30 minutes. When it is cold to about 45℃, add 100ml sterile horse serum, coenzyme I0.1g, L-cysteine 0.1g, arginine 0.4g and penicillin 800 000 units.
