Product introduction
Weigh 31.5 grams of this product, heat the solution in 1L of distilled water, dissolve and pack, autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake well after the end of sterilization to prevent the Agar from being deposited at the bottom of the vessel and solidifying, cool to 50-55℃, add the filtered and sterilized antibiotic solution, mix well, and pour into the plate.
