Product Introduction:
Alsever solution, also known as Alsever solution, is an isotonic equilibrium salt solution. Alsever fluid protects red blood cells and is commonly used as an anticoagulant or blood preservative to collect, preserve, and transport blood containing red blood cells.
The main components of the solution are: sodium citrate (dihydrate) 8.0g/L, citric acid (monohydrate) 0.55g/L, glucose 20.5g/L, sodium chloride 4.2g/L.
Instruction:
1. Operate according to the specific requirements of the experiment.
2. Generally, after mixing whole blood with Alsever Solution in equal amount, it can be preserved for about 10 weeks at 4℃.
