Product Introduction:
There are many methods for bone staining, such as toluidine blue staining, Alcian blue staining, Safranin O staining, Goldner's trichrome staining, etc. Goldner's trichrome staining, also known as Goldner's trichrome staining, is similar to Masson's trichrome staining, which usually refers to staining the nucleus and can selectively show collagen fibers and muscle fibers. The staining principle of Goldner's trichrome staining solution is related to the size of anion dye molecules and the permeability of tissues. The molecular size is reflected by the molecular weight, and small molecular weight is easy to penetrate the tissue with dense structure and low permeability. However, large molecular weights can only enter structurally loose and highly permeable tissues. It is especially suitable for the study of metabolic diseases (Paget's disease, osteodystrophy, etc.), to evaluate the activity of osteoblasts and osteoclasts, and to easily identify metastatic tumor cells in bone marrow.
