Product Introduction:
Reticular fiber is a kind of fiber in the reticular connective tissue, which is produced by reticular cells. The diameter of reticular fiber is mostly 0.2-1.0 μm, and it has toughness but no elasticity. There are many dyeing methods for reticular fibers, but the dyeing principle is basically the same, and most of them use ammonia silver immersion method. The improved method omits the steps of color adjustment and reduction in the traditional method, so that the reticular fiber contrast is clearer.
Resin-fiber staining solution (modified Gordon-Sweets method) is used to make the results clearer by using acidic oxidant and nuclear solid red dye solution. Frozen sections, cryosections, and collodion sections can be used for reticular fiber staining.
