In Vitro:
Cell (HTR-8/SVneo and HUVEC cells; 1, 5, and 25 μM baicalin):
Ang II was used to stimulate HTR-8/SVneo and HUVECs to mimic trophoblastic and vascular endothelial injuries induced by hypertension In Vitro. Ang II (20 μM) was added into the cell culture plate for 48 h incubation. At the same time, cells were also treated with different concentrations of baicalin (1, 5, and 25 μM; Solarbio, Beijing, China).
