In Vivo：
Mice （100 mg/kg Riboflavin，Oral，7d）：
The mice were randomly arranged into four groups: WT PBS group, riboflavin-pretreated WT group, MR1?/? PBS group, and riboflavin-pretreated MR1?/? group. The four groups of mice were placed in different cages and fed the same food and water. At 6 weeks of age, the mice were orally administered riboflavin (Solarbio, China, 100 mg/kg) or 30 μl of PBS every day for 7 days. All the mice were euthanized 7 days after the administration of 100 CFUs of H1N1 in saline or saline.
