Khumbu polysaccharide refers to the macromolecular polysaccharide substance in Khumbu. It is mainly found in Khumbu. Laminarin, unlike common polysaccharides, has a sulfuric acid group at the end of its molecular chain. The sulfate group is linked to the polysaccharide by an ester bond. Laminaris polysaccharides have good biological activity mainly due to the presence of a natural sulfate group at the terminal.
