Protein A/G immunoprecipitation magnetic bead kit series is the use of bio-nano surface technology, so that Protein A/G high-density directional coating on the surface of the superparamagnetic microsphere, compared with the current international immunomagnetic bead market, the product has more antibody binding sites, less magnetic bead use. With low non-specific binding rate, immunoprecipitation can be performed conveniently and efficiently. The ability of binding Human lgG per milliliter of immunoprecipitation magnetic beads can reach more than 300μg, and a single precipitation reaction only needs 50μg magnetic beads to complete the detection. The large specific surface area provided by nanoscale magnetic beads greatly reduces the balance time required for antibody and antigen adsorption, and the antibody adsorption process can be completed within 10 minutes, and the antigen precipitation operation can be completed within 30 minutes. The short operation time avoids the hydrolysis of the target protein caused by long operation, and ensures the activity of the target protein and the integrity of the protein complex. The immunoprecipitation magnetic bead kit is equipped with optimized prefabricated buffer, which provides the best reaction conditions for the immunoprecipitation experiment and improves the stability of the immunoprecipitation experiment. This product can be widely used in the immunoprecipitation reaction of antigens in cell lysate, cell secreted supernatant, serum, ascites and other samples.
