Magrose OH is a magnetic agarose microsphere and the active group is agarose hydroxyl group. Magrose OH has a fast magnetic response in solution, while maintaining good dispersion, very low non-specific adsorption and more abundant binding sites. Under the action of special chemical reagents (eg, epichlorohydrin, N 'n-carbonyl diimidazole, etc.), antibodies, peptides, proteins, oligonucleotides and other biological ligands can be covalently coupled to the surface of magnetic beads, which is an important carrier tool and purification raw material in medical and molecular biology research.
