Product introduction
Contains a large number of elements and trace elements, used in plant tissue culture.
Preparation method
Weigh 2.726g of this product in 900ml distilled water or deionized water, stir to dissolve, and take 0.834g of calcium nitrate tetrahydrate in 100ml water, dissolve, mix the two, separate, autoclave at 115℃ for 30 minutes, use sterile NaOH or dilute HCl solution to adjust the appropriate pH, set aside.
Precautions
The supplement is wet crystal because it contains a large amount of crystalline water.
Please be sure to dissolve the medium and calcium nitrate separately, otherwise it is easy to precipitate inorganic salts.
This product may have a small amount of insoluble matter.
