Preparation method
Weigh 0.38g of this product and dissolve it in 1L distilled or deionized water at slightly warm temperature, then pack it separately, add a 4ml soil extract liquid (LA8531) and a 2mlSE medium additive (LA8532) every 100ml, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, and set aside.
