Product introduction
Containing sucrose and Agar, used for tissue culture of pine, fir and other plants.
Add one LA8541 per liter of medium.
Used for tissue culture of pine, fir and other plants.
Preparation method
Weigh 36.3g of this product in 1000ml distilled water or deionized water, boil and dissolve, add 1 DCR medium additive, mix well, adjust pH with NaOH or HCl to sterilize pH5.8-6.2, 25℃, subpack, 115℃ autoclave for 30 minutes.
DCR medium additives can also be added in a sterile procedure after sterilization.
