The preparation method was changed to: weigh 72g of this product into 1L distilled water or deionized water, add a KM8P medium additive, stir and dissolve, use hydrochloric acid or sodium hydroxide to adjust the pH to 5.6, filter and remove bacteria, subpack, and set aside.
