Product introduction
For the collection, transportation and preservation of pathogenic bacteria specimens.
Preparation method
Weigh 14.1g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water (or increase or decrease the amount according to proportion), heat and stir until completely dissolved, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization to prevent Agar from settling in the bottom of the vessel, set aside.

Methylene Blue: 0.002
Agar: 3.0
pH7.4±0.2, 25℃
