Examples of using this product（for reference only）
HPLC
After filtration, absorbance at 525 nm was measured. HPLC system was equipped with column (C18,250 mm × 4.6 mm) and operated at 35℃. Phase A: 2% formic acid, Phase B:acetonitrile. Briefly: 0-4 min, 6-10B; 4-25 min, 10-13B; 25-30 min, 13-6B; 30-35 min, 6B, with an injection amount of 20 μL and a flow rate of 1ml/min.
