Super-High-Fidelity DNA Polymerase is a new generation of high-fidelity DNA polymerase with 5 '→3' DNA polymerase activity and 3 '→5' exonuclease activity. The amplified product was flat terminal. It is ideal for complex template amplification, gene cloning, point mutation, and high throughput PCR amplification.
