Product introduction

Its mechanism of action is as follows: (1) Anti-inflammatory effect: this product reduces and prevents tissue from responding to inflammation, thereby reducing the manifestations of inflammation. It can inhibit the accumulation of inflammatory cells, including macrophages and leukocytes, at the site of inflammation, and inhibit phagocytosis, the release of lysosomal enzymes, and the synthesis and release of inflammatory chemical mediators. (2) Immunosuppression: It includes preventing or inhibiting cell-mediated immune response, delaying allergic reaction, reducing the number of T lymphocytes, monocytes, and macrophages, reducing the binding ability of immunoglobulins to cell surface receptors, and inhibiting the synthesis and release of interleukins, thereby reducing the transformation of T lymphocytes into lymphoblasts, and reducing the expansion of the primary immune response. It also reduces the passage of immune compounds through the basement membrane and can reduce the concentration of complement components and immunoglobulins.

Physical properties

White or light yellow crystalline powder, phosphoric acid content less than 1.0%, free dexamethasone content less than 1.0%.It can soluble in water or methanol and almost insoluble in acetone or ether.
