Product Introduction:
The SDS-PAGE gel preparation kit produced by our company is prepared according to the classical method. This kit provides various reagents for preparing SDS-PAGE gel. Users only need to bring their own glue maker and distilled water to prepare PAGE gel. This kit can prepare about 25/50 pieces of PAGE glue (i.e., polyacrylamide gel) of different specifications and different polymerization degrees.
Note:
1. PAGE adhesive coagulant and 10%PAGE adhesive coagulant are added last, and the reagent added before adding should be mixed. 10%PAGE adhesive solution is valid for one week at 4℃; PAGE coagulant is volatile, please close the bottle tightly after use. Glue can be solidified within 30 minutes at normal temperature, such as the temperature is too low, can be put 37℃ temperature box solidification. After filling the separation glue, gently add 1mL ddH2O to seal the upper layer, and the dividing line can be seen after the glue has solidified. Before filling concentrated glue, pour away the water layer and blot with absorbent paper. Once the concentrated glue is filled, insert it into the comb. After solidification, put the concentrated glue into the electrophoresis solution (let the electrophoresis solution overflow the sample hole), gently pull out the comb to prevent the deformation of the sample hole.
2. The amount of preparation can be increased or decreased according to the above table. If the concentration of glue used is different from the above, it can be adjusted by itself, mainly by adjusting the amount of 30% glue making liquid (required concentration × total volume /30%), and finally making up the total volume with water.
Dispensing instructions:
Add distilled water or deionized water (10mL of water per gram of PAGE adhesive coagulant) into the dry powder of PAGE adhesive coagulant and prepare it into a 10% solution. Then, the solution is divided into small volumes and frozen at -20℃. Store at 4℃ for one week. Test whether the SDS solution is clarified. If flocculent or precipitate appears, it can be put at 37℃ for a while until dissolved without affecting the effect.
