Application: Immunohistochemistry, wet box has moisturizing effect. After BSA closure, a single antibody is added, generally 37°C for one hour, or room temperature for 2 hours, or 4°C overnight. In any case, the time is relatively long, the antibody is easy to dry out, after the dye or fluorescence can not be marked. Therefore, after adding the first antibody, put it in a sealed box, and put some wet filter paper or sponge, which can effectively prevent the film from drying out. The same goes for secondary antibodies.
