This product is a sterile, low-endotoxin level density gradient isolation solution for the isolation of animal peripheral blood mononuclear cells. The separation principle is to separate mononuclear cells from peripheral blood by centrifugation according to the density difference of blood cells, so that the cells with a certain density are distributed according to the corresponding density gradient. It is suitable for the isolation of mononuclear cells from animal anticoagulant blood, and the mononuclear cells isolated under sterile conditions can be used for culture.
