Product introduction
For the isolation and culture of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
Preparation method
Weigh 45.3 grams of this product, heat it and dissolve it in 1000ml distilled water, add 10ml glycerin, boil it to mix well, divide it into triangular bottles, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, and pour it into aseptic plates when it is cooled to 50℃. Set aside.

Agar: 13.6
pH 7.4±0.2, 25℃
